We booked a year ago for this place and were incredulous that within three weeks of our arrival date they cancelled our booking - totally mercenary move, they acccepted a private buy out of the whole resort and blew off all their confirmed bookings! we've used the Aman brand in the USA but never again - they are chasing the $$ and have no regard for delivering true service to their customers. There was no option for "should have gone May 2025 - minus 10 stars" or would have given that rating

The most incredible experience. Thank you to the amazing staff who were the most attentive and made our trip stand out. The food at Amanruya was a highlight for us thank you to the talented chefs for always catering to our allergy needs and creating the most special birthday cake for our friend. The attention to detail from Amanruya and its staff was outstanding

So beautiful. The resort was gorgeous. The only negative to this place was sometimes I had to go and find a server. They could increase their level of service. But, would 💯 recommend it. The pool was amazing and the rooms were also great. If they increase their service, it would have been outstanding.
