Without hesitation this is a five star review. Very easy and informative check in with flexibility offered both ways - earlier and later. Excellent price for the area. Superb customer service with an available staff team who are always willing to help out when required. Beautifully appointed rooms - ours was overlooking the pool. Pool area is spotless and very comfortable sun loungers - mattress top quality too. Breakfast was plenty

Hotel is located in very good place - close to the beaches, rooms are nice and clean. Has its own restaurant - great food and even better staff! We even stayed up to 3-4 AM and they served us with amazing wine! Strongly recommend everyone.

Lovely hotel,It was newly renovated.The staff was amazing,very friendly and helpful,the owner even offered us free drinks for welcoming such a nice thing.The rooms were clean and the two pool just wow.I recommend it to everyone.We wanted to stay more days but the hotel was fully booked daily,but we will be back for sure another time😍

Nice position, right in the main road of Ksamil but not good for for the price we payed. The cleaning staff was really nice and helpful but the waiter/receptionist should change his job, not a smiling person in the wrong business: arrogant, rude and not helpful. Our toilet was leaking and after 2 days they changed our room: good but not enough. The air conditioner had a problem with the plug and wasn’t working, at the tv we couldn’t change channel and we couldn’t go to sleep before midnight because the hotel is just next door with a restaurant with loud music and annoying noises. The breakfast is everyday the same: cold sausage, cold fried egg and fake sugary juice. If you want a coffee you have to pay extra. For the average price you pay in ksamil this hotel is over priced for the things you get. Wrong choice to pick ilio for your ksmail holiday. Plenty of other hotel options with the same amount of money. From my points of view this is a 2 stars hotel, not 4 stars.

Vado tutti gli anni in Albania e dall' anno scorso ho scoperto ksamil piccolo paese vicino a Saranda. le spiagge sono caraibiche da vedere assolutamente...abbiamo soggiornato una settimana all' hotel ilio e ci siamo trovati benissimo. hotel a gestione familiare molto curato,stanze ampie e arredate con gusto con balcone e alcune con piccola cucina,tutte con bagno privato. pulizia camere e zone comuni ottima cambio asciugamani giornaliero . l hotel dispone di ristorante dove si mangia molto bene pesce fresco e prezzi nella media della zona. nel prezzo della stanza c'è la prima colazione a buffet sia dolce che salata. i proprietari sono molto disponibili e parlano bene l italiano. unica cosa che può migliorare la colazione un po' più ricca magari qualche brioches visto l afflusso di clienti italiani. prezzo della Camera onesto rispetto alla media in zona. lo consiglio sicuramente.

Costoso in rapporto a quanto offerto. Alloggiati sul retro in stanza per 4, sebbene nuova essa presentava alcuni problemi: nessun armadio, cassaforte non murata, condizionatore che si ostruiva allagando la stanza, infine spesso partiva il generatore di corrente rumoroso e con forte odore di gasolio. Modesta la colazione per qualità.
