Upon arrival we found 1 bed in the kitchen (which has nothing at all not even a cup, spoon or jug) and the main bed and sofa bed the other side of the 1/2 kitchen wall. There isn't a separate bedroom as advertised. We found 4 empty bottles of wine, a pair of jeans and socks, the kitchen tap is broken and feces on the toilet seat. Do not stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE! IF I COULD LEAVE A 0/5 I WOULD We booked this hotel last minute, and upon arrival we where told there would be someone in reception until 12am, we arrived at 8:30am and not a single worker. I rang the contact number one door to which I was given a code to enter. Then I was told to look for my key to my room on the front desk by a unhelpful ignorant man on the phone. This key I got left took me to a room which someone was in. I rang again and was shouted down the phone a different key number which was the master key to all rooms, again when I entered the room there was someone staying there. The lack of brains and safety here is crazy I could've entered every room in that hotel no problem that night. After this myself and my partner decided to leave and find a different hotel as we were annoyed at how we were shouted at down the phone and the lack of safety. I rarely leave bad reviews but this place has really annoyed me with how bad it is. IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

The place is near the Pisa Central Station BUT the room is not worth the price, the aircondition has a leak so the water spread all over the room, the bed is not comportable, the aircondition is good it function well although it has a leak and the appearance of it is not good 😅 its almost broken but still functioning. Not recommended and not worth the money 😕

We was so scared about staying here . No reviews since 2022 it’s now 2024! It was cheap & cheerful . Paid £35 for 1 night . It was really clean , bed was comfy , hall and public areas clean. Rooms don’t have a balcony but we had a coffee from the bar and sat on the shared balcony in the morning . You could walk from airport if you wanted we paid €12 in a taxi . We met someone that walked it took them 13 minutes. We arrived at 10pm was abit confused getting in but hadnt seen the message through *********** otherwise we would have had the code . Our key was just ready and waiting on the desk and the next morning we gave our passports and paid the city tax of €2.50 x 2 . I felt safe . It was quiet . We stayed in March so obviously can’t compare to other months. 7 minute walk to train station. About 15 minutes to the tower . We had room 109 which stated “private bathroom” the toilet and shower was down the hall which we found hilarious but it was so clean . The shower was falling off the wall though and a towel in toilet to avoid slippy floor would have helped but it was what it was ! No complaints as we are very wary going people . Couple late 20s . Hope this helps someone cus I wish I’d had a review like this to give me some confidence :) Also we was allowed to leave our bags after checkout , they wasn’t locked up b it took personal belongings with us . Enjoy !

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo dell'albergo è sicuramente molto soddisfacente. Vicino alla stazione e non molto distante dalla Torre. Abbiamo preso una camera quadrupla con bagno in camera completo . Letti comodi , wifi funzionante, ambiente riscaldato anche troppo forse. Pulizie giornaliere e reception gentilissima con tanti consigli sulla città. Check in e check out facilissimi. Solo qualche lampadina fulminata ma per il resto, per essere un due stelle, tutto ok

L'hotel è comodo perchè si trova molto vicino al centro di Pisa, però ci sono alcuni difetti. Stanze per quattro persone piccole, bagni da rivedere per via delle pareti scrostate e doccia da cambiare. Parcheggio privato e a pagamento nei dintorni. In compenso personale disponibile. Lo consiglio per un soggiorno breve.

Dovevo soggiornare dal 12/08 al 14/08 ma siamo dovuti scappare dopo una notte infernale.La camera sporchissima, con bagno esterno fatiscente, posto in un corridoio. Porta carta igienica rotto interruttore della luce con fili scoperti.In camera ē presente un lavandino sporco. Non c'è aria condizionata, camera piccolissima max 10 M². Questa struttura ē da chiudere . Pessima esperienza , il signore alla reception si limita a dire che non è sua la colpa e non siamo stati rimborsati.

Peggior hotel io sia mai stata. A giugno sono andata a Pisa con mio zio americano,abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel,una volta arrivati all’hotel ce lo ritroviamo chiuso. Grazie a dio c’era una coppia che tornavano dallo shopping all’hotel. Appena siamo entrati faceva più caldo dentro che fuori,ma io dico..l’aria condizionata?????? Dopodiché ci siamo recati alla stanza,incubo. C’erano impronte di mani sul muro,formiche,aria condizionata spenta. Quest’hotel non dovrebbe meritare nessuna stella. Ho dormito malissimo,ma non parliamo neanche del bagno infondo al corridoio! Il bagno era piccolissimo. I capelli per terra..nessun asciugamano..poi la luce che andava via così a caso!!! Terribile! Mi si è caduto addirittura tutto lo shampoo,non vi consiglio assolutamente quest’hotel. Chiudete questo pessimo hotel che continuerete a traumatizzare la gente.
